The name "Catalan writers" does not clarify wether we refer to country or to language. Intead of using an intro sentence, we should have 2 separate and clear categories. One should be Category:Writers from Catalonia and the other one will be the existing Category:Catalan-language writers. They will be independent categories because we have writers from Mallorca, who write in Catalan language, and on the other side we also have Writers from Catalonia, who write in Spanish language.--Jordiferrer (talk) 14:32, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
